I hope you’re having a good start to summer. Our latest ladder session just started this week and we were fortunate to have good weather. I wanted to send out a reminder to everyone who is in a ladder or may want to join a ladder in the near future about our attendance etiquette guidelines. If you sign up for a particular ladder night in Team Reach, you need to show up for that night or you may impact the rest of the players in the ladder. It also puts a burden on our ladder leaders to find substitute players at the last minute. Most of our ladders have waiting lists for a particular night, so if you need to withdraw, please do so as soon as you know that you have a scheduling conflict. To withdraw, you go into Team Reach, select the date that has a conflict and change your “Attending?” status to “No”. This will move someone from the waitlist into the roster for the night. If something happens within 48 hours of a given ladder event, you MUST CONTACT YOUR TEAM LEADER directly. You should have a phone number for them to let them know something has happened. If you do not contact your team leader that you cannot come on that night, you will be removed from that 6 week ladder session completely.
